Rules/Description
- Three property owners (211 Hastings Street, 221 Hastings Street and 241/243 Hastings Street) have placed NO CLIMBING / NO TRESPASSING signs on property adjacent to, or on sections of, the cliff. This has restricted access to certain ice and rock routes. The latest closure as of 2023 at 221 Hastings Street restricts access to Finger Stinger and other newly bolted rock routes. Few ice climbing routes were affected by this recent action. Take note of property lines and existing signs to avoid further complicating access. The OAC has reached out to the city of Bancroft and are working towards a solution.
